Can I smoke inside the vehicle?
Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles. This is a rule for safety, cleanliness, and out of respect for other travelers. In compliance with BOE-A-2010-20138, smoking is prohibited inside the motorhome or campsite, both out of respect for the belongings and for subsequent non-smoking guests. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the renter being responsible for the costs incurred as a result of this mandatory violation. A penalty of €150 for breach of contract will also be charged.
Can I drive on dirt roads?
No. Driving on unpaved or rough roads is not allowed. Only use accessible, well-maintained roads to prevent vehicle damage.
Can I travel between the Canary Islands?
Yes. You can move between islands by ferry. We can help you organize it.
Can I camp anywhere?
No. Wild camping is regulated in the Canary Islands. It is only allowed in designated areas, campgrounds, or authorized overnight parking spots.
Can I park and sleep anywhere?
Yes, as long as the vehicle is legally parked and no external elements (awnings, tables, chairs) are set up. For more freedom, we recommend designated areas or campsites.
Where can I empty the grey water and chemical toilet tanks?
What is the water tank capacity?
Our vehicles have fresh water tanks between 80 and 120 liters, with grey and black water tanks suitable for several days of use.
What if I receive a fine?
The vehicle is intended for normal use and may not carry more passengers than permitted. The renter is expressly prohibited from using the vehicle for competitions or races, transporting goods, pushing or towing any vehicle or object, lending the vehicle to third parties, assisting criminals, driving the vehicle off-road, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The renter is obligated to obey all traffic laws. The renter is liable for any penalty or fine imposed for violating current regulations. This liability extends to the event the vehicle is impounded or seized due to the renter’s fault, and the renter will be responsible for all expenses and damages incurred by the rental company, including lost profits, for the duration of the vehicle’s immobilization.
What happens if there’s a problem during the trip?
