MOTORHOME RENTAL

Bookings: The vehicle is blocked for the requested dates with 30% of the total and the rest will be paid 15 days in advance of delivery. Transfers to the bank account ES87 2100 8960 7802 0004 1242, in the name of Ana Karin Acevedo Rosquete.

Penalties for cancellation of reservations:

Before 30 days: 30%.

Before 15 days: 50%.

15 days: 100% of the total rent.

Bail: of €900 in anticipation for damages, defects or penalties, remaining in deposit until the end of the rental period. The customer is charged by credit card or transfer when picking up the vehicle. It is returned in 48 hours after checking the vehicle, in case of damage, the difference will be returned if it exists, when the repair budget is available. The insurance deposit does not cover vandalism or cleaning or interior repairs, it being the customer’s responsibility to keep the vehicle in the same condition as it was delivered.
Sure: fully comprehensive with a franchise of €900 per claim.
The vehicle will be returned clean and with empty and rinsed tanks.

Penalty for cleaning: €100.
Penalty for emptying the gray water tank or cleaning the WC tank: €50.

The vehicle is delivered with a full diesel tank and will be returned in the same way.

Penalty: €20.
Deposit filling payment.
If the add-blue fill warning appears, you must fill it, otherwise by skipping the warning, the vehicle is immobilized and cannot circulate. You will have to assume the cost for the service by the dealer, since the insurance does not cover it.

Driver Over 25 years of age and with a driving license for this type of vehicle for 2 years.
No smoking inside the motorhome/camper. Penalty: €150.
Animals are prohibited
inside the motorhome/camper. Penalty €150.
Delivery and collection hours Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Deliveries and collections out of hours supplement: €50

Season dates: Minimum number of rental days for High Season is 7 days and other seasons: 3 days.

High season: €170 per day.

From July 1 to August 31

Easter and carnivals.

From December 20 to January 8.

Holidays

Middle season: €150 per day.

From June 1 to June 30

From September 1 to September 15

Low season: €140 per day.

Supplements and extras:

Outdoor table with benches, camping chairs, umbrella and portable cooler, included free of charge.
Basic Kitchenware (pots, pans, crockery, glasses, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.) included free of charge.
Cooking seasonings included free of charge.
Tablets for the chemical toilet, included at no cost.
Cleaning products, included at no cost.
Bed linen €20 per person and rent. (sheets and blanket).
Towels and bath mat €10 per person and rent.
Child safety seat, €20 per rental.
Extra portable water tanks €20 per rental.
Delivery or return at the North airport €40 per transfer.
Delivery or return at the South airport €90 per transfer.
